Bill is an executive vice president with CBIZ Retirement Plan Services. He is an Enrolled Actuary and Certified Pension Consultant and holds a B.A. degree in economics from Rutgers University. Additionally, he is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (ASEA).

Mr. Frizzell comes to us providing insight from over 30 years of professional Human Resources Experience. His client base ranges from systems with fewer than 15 employees to over 400. He has served over 200 organizations, in 37 states including Distribution Systems, Generation & Transmission, and Statewides. Since 2001 he has been guiding not- for-profit utilities through various disruptions that challenge management including 9/11, the 2008 recession, and now the current pandemic. He has been a Human Resources Manager in both the public and private sector. He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelors in Psychology and Human Resources Management.

Dan Taylor joined Benefits Law Group in February 2020, bringing 22 years of experience with legal compliance for health & welfare benefits, including compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, MHPAEA and the Internal Revenue Code. Prior to joining Benefits Law Group, Dan was Counsel in Alston & Bird’s Employee Benefits & Compensation group. During that time, Dan focused exclusively on health & welfare benefits, including drafting plan documents, providing compliance advice and negotiating vendor contracts for plan service providers. Dan has also served as in-house employee benefits counsel at Home Depot, where he was responsible for all aspects of Home Depot’s employee benefit plans.

Terri Taylor has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits, including qualified plans, executive compensation and health and welfare plans. She has been an attorney with Benefits Law Group, an Atlanta-based employee benefits boutique, for over 20 years. Benefits Law Group represents a wide range of clients but serves a particularly robust stable of governmental and tax-exempt entities, ranging from municipal utilities to the State of Georgia.
